To find data for a specific site, you should select that site in the site selector found on the top left of the screen. More information about the site selector, including how to customise it, can be 'Sites & Organisations' section of the help centre above.
If you can't find a specific site in the site selector. It is probably because you do not have access to it yet. To get access to a site ask your administrator to add you to an access group that includes that site. It's also worth checking that you haven't hidden it when customising the site selector.
